Position in the Firm
Scott is the Managing Partner of KPMG LLP’s Dallas office and the Southwest Area Managing Partner for Tax. 

Relevant Experience
Scott has over 24 years of public accounting experience with the last 17 years working with Private Equity Firms and large, privately-owned companies with domestic and international operations. 

Scott has extensive experience in planning and structuring asset and stock acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, preservation of net operating loss carryovers, conversion of debt to equity, reorganizations, and public offerings of both start-up and existing companies, for both domestic and international companies. 

Background
Scott received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University. Scott serves on several boards in the Dallas Community, including the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, the Dallas County Community College District Foundation, and the Parish Episcopal School of Dallas.  He is also on the Executive Boards of the Cox School of Business, Central Dallas Association, Boy Scouts of America, Texas Heart Hospital Southwest, and Greater Dallas Chamber of Commerce.
